Disadvantages:
1. Who pays for the free service?
2. Where do warranties come from?
3. Who pays for the return?
4. What is better madrobots.ru, medgadgets.ru or homegadgets.ru?

Answer: Why go to the sugar factory for sugar? You do not include shipping, returns, warranties, service, etc. that the store provides free of charge. It is unlikely that you want to wait a month for delivery, and then another 2 months to try to return a non-working gadget
1) Everything is made in China, mail delivery from there will be the cheapest option, the Chinese are happy to pack and send anything. Cheaper than them you can hardly deliver.
2) Return is also by mail, but are you going to open service centers or what? How many pieces are you ready to open them, say, in Russia? Two in Moscow and St. Petersburg? Or a hundred in all cities of Russia? How much is it? How are you going to serve the completely different things startups do? some crap to grow maggots for food? Or complex electronics?
3) Everyone gives a guarantee, if the manufacturer does not give a guarantee, and you take it upon yourself, it will simply turn out to be more expensive, much more expensive.
4) See point 2, and service is an even larger staff in each service.
Delivery works with each city a day faster, in some places parcels reach in 10 days.
I personally don’t have a return problem, but we bought quite often on kickstarter.

Lyosh, well, again you are with your sugar factory, but we order everything via the Internet at this sugar factory with delivery to the door, and with a gift engraving. Why do we need to go to the reseller I do not understand. . .
you need something more substantial than gift paper to promise.

Here I read the answers, ok, even if so, then you will not be guided by the most advanced buyers. Here on the site for geeks, you will not find support, but it is quite possible that you will find success among ordinary people, which are actually the majority. We geeks are a minority =)
