What is the easiest way to host a phyton app?

I want to write an application on phytone, or rather a telegram bot, to play around. Where you can stay, so that it is easy to upload and update the program. Which thread is a free\paid service like vps\vds. There is no experience of * nix systems.

FirstVDS ( ref , not ref ), the cheapest VDS server - 90 rubles / month
PS: Only it is Python, not phyton :)
