Did the statuses of 1c-bitrix orders from 1C disappear after updating the sale module to 17.8.10?
Hello everyone, after updating the online store module to version 17.8.10, order statuses were no longer transmitted Shipped from 1s.
All settings in the 1c-bitrix admin panel are set:
1. Change order statuses according to information from 1C: check
2. Status to which the order is transferred upon receipt of shipment from "1C: Enterprise": [F] Shipped
Maybe someone has already met with such problem? How did you decide?
