Did long poling vps server work?

I have a telegram bot written in pytelegrambotapi. When run on a computer, it runs constantly. But when I unloaded it on pythonanywere, it flies after a while. I want to buy a vps server from REG.ru provider. Will he fly on such a server. The bot works on the long poling method, constantly polling telegrams about whether messages have come to it.
