have a team:

UX designer
Creative designer
UI designer
Technical designer
Did I draw up the checklist correctly? I am interested in the sequence of work of designers. I spent the whole evening googling which designer is responsible for what, but I'm still not sure of my version.

Can't you talk to the designers?
Do they beat you if you ask them questions?
For example, write / approach / call the head of the department.
Like, buddy, tell me how to make you a checklist for work.
Or is it an incomprehensible task for some kind of test?
What is the point of this nonsense anyway?

The order of work must be drawn up by the contractor.
You just give some kind of TK or just discuss everything together live or via Skype and that's it.
And then they do everything themselves.
Delete your fucking checklist. What does it mean to create the basis of a layout and why does a creative designer do it? Research / ux analysis, prototyping, interface drawing - all this should be done by one designer. And there is no need to separate UX design and UI design. No creative is needed for the news page. Need research. So leave only the manager, UI / UX designer and techie.
