Dictionary brute-force password guessing?

There are several blocks that make up the password. These blocks must be sorted out in all possible variants. Is there such a program that does not just select passwords from a dictionary, but sorts out options from a dictionary in all options?

Password for the RAR archive. The password is longer than 24 characters. Special signs.
Maybe there is a program that will make such a dictionary?

With such a password length, it's not even worth trying. Even hashcat on several video cards is awesome, and even processor software is even more so.
