Dialog boxes in windows 10 appear in the background, is there a solution?
I have been suffering from one bug in 10 for a long time. It is even in the 2016 server.
To show an example, I created a couple of gifs (win 10 LTSB on hyper-v).
Bugs are not repeated all the time, but quite regularly.
The meaning of the bug is that dialog boxes (for example, "replace the file?" or asking for a login and password on a page in IE) appear in the background. And often without any highlighting in the taskbar. Those. the fact that the system has a question for the user must be guessed by himself.
I created a gif animation to make it clear how it looks to the user.
The legend of the problem when "copying" is as follows -
1. I press ctrl + c and ctrl + v, copy with the mouse, copy again with ctrl + c and ctrl + v and op, the request to me already appears in the background ..
2. Animation "ie password" - I enter the address where the listing of directories and files is spinning on Apache, under the password. And the password prompt immediately appears in the background. In my opinion, this bug is generally 100% reproducible.

Why is this happening and how to deal with it? Does anyone other than me have this problem?
Since the core of the Axes is one, I assume that the problem is common. And it stretches from beta versions of 10-ki.
PS Sorry for the sub-zero :) I don't know how to process images)
