Dialer program (dialer)?
Hello, I need help finding a program. The bottom line is that at work, their own voice server was raised, working through the SIPNET voice provider. In the settings, the provider has the ability to call from a mobile number through our server, by dialing additional numbers. I will explain the principle, there is a person who lives, for example, in Turkey, and so he needs to be called from Moscow. As you understand, calling through a mobile operator will be expensive, here instructions for dialing a number through a Voip operator come to our aid.
The instruction is as follows
1) Dial 8 XXXX XXXXXXX (accounting number)
2) At the invitation, dial the number XXXX
3) Enter the PIN code XXXXXXX and press #
4) Enter the number in the format 8 ... if international then 8 10 ... and press #
We are waiting for the connection and talking.
And the call to the accounting number is calculated at local rates, and the conversation with Turkey is at the prices of the Voip operator.
Maybe someone has come across or can tell you if you need an Android program in which you can make additional dialing with pauses, a person simply selects a contact with a Turkish number, and the program itself dials, according to the instructions, that is, we call this
dialing #. I will be grateful for any help. Thanks in advance.

Isn't a pause through the p symbol processed by modern dialers, and even more so by VoIP operators? After all, this is the management of voice menus, boxes, and so on and so forth.
Even on android it should work. There is also w. These additional characters in the dialer or in the contact data are dialed by holding or pressing the asterisk or asterisk - P and the pound - W (as zero is +).
I checked on a standard phone - both characters by pressing an asterisk in a row, on android 5 - a star - P, a lattice - W. A long number is dialed in the same way.
The only nuance is to check whether I could call somewhere, because I don’t have such a real number.
pressing * twice puts +, three - p, four - w
p - a simple pause in dialing (pause), for example, for dialing an extension after dialing the main number and connecting
w - waiting for a button to be pressed (wait), that is, sending an extension number only manually (enter the code there or password or another pre-dialed combination
Or, perhaps, I misunderstood what I wanted.
