Diagnostics of the quality of the Internet connection?
Good afternoon.
The situation is this. We have a web application for which it is very important to have a good stable Internet, since regular requests are made to the server. Accordingly, if there are losses, then data, sometimes important, is also lost.
Some clients using wireless Internet often experience short-term disconnections or the connection is just very slow and unstable. With a short-term ping, everything seems to be fine, but however, “failures” occur when the Internet disappears. The question is how to prove to the client that the problem is on his side and the matter is in the Internet connection? Are there utilities that monitor the quality of the channel for some time and then issue a report (for windows)?
There are only a few such clients and they all use wireless Internet in their offices (either yota or 3g / 4g from the big three operators).
Thank you.

If one-time - pingtest.net
Usli constantly - write a ping to Yandex or analogues in the log and demonstrate it.
pingtest.net requires java, not everyone has it.
We need a utility that can be given to a client and get a network status report from him.
PingPlotter to the client, let him write the address of your server and look at the picture for 10-15 minutes. Then you will be sent a jpg picture of the test.
But still, you have already been told above that the loss of important data when the connection is lost is your cant.
Even on the nasty 2400 connection on the old BBS, when the connection was broken, the data could be received again, and not lost.
