DHCP Relay - how to distribute IP from another subnet?

The problem is this:
There is a D-Link DES-3552 router. There are three VLANs - 5(WIFI-AP DWL-3200), 10(computers), 15(WIFI clients must be here).
There is a DHCP server on Windows Server 2008, two zones are raised on it: 192.168.10.0 and 192.168.15.0. Option 82 is also enabled and configured. Access points consist of two VLANs - 5 and 15, have IP from the 192.168.5.0 network.
Question - computers receive addresses as they should, from their tenth subnet. And clients connecting to Wi-Fi are trying to get an address from 192.168.5.0. How do I make wireless users get an address from the fifteenth subnet? There is no DHCP-Relay on the points themselves, it is not an option to transfer them to the 15th subnet.
Thank you.

I think in your case the option will work to take out a separate interface (on which the corresponding address will be assigned) of the dhcp server to the 15th vlan and distribute IPs directly from it, without a relay.
Or raise a separate dhcp server in the 15th network.
