DevTools not showing tooltips, blank line instead?

Hello! Maybe someone faced such a problem, but I had it recently.
Previously, when I added a property for some element, for example, I wrote color: I went and gave me hints with the name of the colors (list), and the same for other saints. And now, instead of this, an empty field in two lines: prntscr.com/ip85o2
What could this be?
