Device for designer on Windows 8?

Good day.
I decided to buy a tablet or ultrabook on windows 8 x64 (Pro) as a replacement for an old laptop. But apart from Surface Pro, I could not find anything with a stylus. From ultrabooks, I came across some good one, but I won’t pull 70,000 rubles. Can anyone give some advice, tell me what will be better and what is better to choose from?
Will be used for:
Work in Photoshop cs6, illustrator and other graphic editors. MS Office (full package). Play it as a nice bonus, not a need. (NHL 2009 and Fallout 2 will suffice in full).

Look towards Samsung Ativ ... There are Windows, 8 and a pen, and a diagonal of 11.6. I don't remember the rest, ask Google for more.
