Good day! How to make a game for Android/PC? Once upon a time I made a game on flash, in the ActionScript 2.0 language. Recently I went to Vkontakte, but the game is no longer there, because Flash is no longer used by the contact. Now I want to recreate the game for android and pc. I think to do it on JS (HTML5) to make it for both android and PC. Just started learning JS. Now I'm wondering if I made the right choice. Or it was better to learn Java or C ++ or C #, or do it in general on Unreal Engine or Unity ... I watched an example of a game on PixiJS v4. It looks good, but the picture seems to "tear" very jerkily, not smoothly, it hurts to watch. Maybe if I downloaded this example on a smartphone, it would look better. I beg you to help me understand this, this game was like a memory for me, a ray of light, so to speak. I really want to see her again.

Hello! I'm really not a game expert, but you can do the following:
1) JS (UnityScript) or C # + Unity
2) Java + libGDX
