Development environment for flutter which hardware is better to use?

Good time everyone. There is such a question. I started studying flutter, fixed everything, set everything up. But the whole system starts to slow down terribly. Briefly about the laptop system Lenovo percent Model: Core i7-4500U 8 gigs of RAM and hdd. So I decided to check what is eating the system and realized that 8 gigs for the emulator is not enough and apparently the hard drive processes information for too long. Or is it a problem in the emulator software itself and android studio? I'm thinking of expanding the system to 16GB of RAM and buying an ssd drive. How do you think it should help?
