Developer tablet?

Due to the growing popularity of tablets, I'm thinking of taking an Android tablet for testing and debugging. What do you advise? Screen size: 7 or 10? Without special features inherent in this model / manufacturer.
I look towards the Chinese, because it is budgetary.
UPD I'm unlikely to use it as a tool. I write on a beech (13"), if possible, I hook a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse.

I am an Android developer by profession. I have at my disposal from Asus Transformer TF101 (4.*) and Acer Iconia Tab A100 (3.*) tablets. This way I cover 2 screen sizes 7" and 10" and two OS versions. Also, these tablets are popular among users, which gives us an even greater advantage.

If you need something for system development for tablets, then Odroid-Q.
Unbrickable, debug output, 4 cores, all sensors.
Plus it has a transparent back cover. :)
