/dev/kvm is not found?

Hello! After the last update of Android Studio - AVD stopped working. The error is accordingly issued as in the heading /dev/kvm is not found. It is NOT entirely clear why the path is called by Unix-type , although I work in windows7. Not banned on google. But received no answer.
There is also a similar topic, but the recommendations given there did not suit me. I tried reinstalling the HAXM driver, but it didn't work either. Same error. Everything was working correctly before the update. I tried to reinstall the studio and the SDK - also did not give any effect.
I was looking for virtualization in the BIOS, as recommended on stackoverflow and other resources in this error. There are no such options in the BIOS.
What else can you try, since all links lead only to instructions for reinstalling the HAXM driver and enabling virtualization in the BIOS?
Here is the screenshot of the error.
