Dev C++ does not recognize Russian, what could be the problem?

When I put the Russian language in Dev C ++, obscure characters are displayed instead. When installing, choosing the Russian language, the same thing. Windows 11, in English, but all other programs in Russian were installed normally.devspp.png

Somewhere in the jungle of language settings is a choice of language for non-Unicode programs.
You have English there, so the recoded from 1252 is displayed instead of 1251.
Change it to Russian, and everything will be fine.
I don’t have Windows at hand, so I won’t tell you the exact path, but it’s easy to google.
