If this is a BMP then 256 shades of gray. Just 1 pixel is one byte. But! It can be a jeep or png and there are options

If the format is not specified, then it is RAW - an RGB sequence of 3 bytes per pixel.
640*320*3 = 614400 bytes = 600 Kbytes, which is more than 200 Kbytes means the colors are repeated. Hence (200*1024)/3 = 68266 colors
