Desktop Window Manager takes up too much RAM, why?

How to get rid of this problem without formatting the computer? dwm.exe checked for viruses on virustotal, did not give anything. Performance in Windows 10 settings is set to "Give best performance". Is there any way to fix the problem?

Update the video driver or roll back, well, install all the updates from the Windows Update Center.
If there is an option for the hardware scheduler in the graphics settings in the system or via this link
