Deploy to HEROKU?

Good day. Faced the following problem:
When deploying the bot, heroku cannot find the pywin32 library, although it is installed on the computer, the latest version. This library is needed for the bot to work. How to deal with the problem?

Heroku does not run on Windows and pywin32 will never appear there. It's impossible.
