Deploy: bean class could not be found or loaded. What is the problem?

I am using websphere. With the help of Ant, I collected an ear archive, with the assembly - everything was successful (I checked using another 100% working assembly). During the deployment process, the application is successfully installed, but during launch, I get an error:
XXXXX bean class could not be found or loaded.
the error refers to a specific bean class, I checked that it is present in the collected archive.
Everything is in order with the assembly, the reason is somewhere in the server. Anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?
