Deny access to the site?

Good afternoon!
The other day I published a landing page for a project test. In google analytics noticed that 91% of site visitors are UK. Although the site on example.ru/ is in Russian... You can somehow restrict access to the site only for the CIS.

You don't need to limit anything. This is the so-called referral spam or the inputs of search robots. There is nothing to worry about here.
As a last resort, you can exclude traffic from Google Analytics results , where this is easily done through filters.
It should be banned only as a last resort! For example, when you are DDoSed with traffic of a million users per hour. Which rarely happens in practice, and even then, only for a few days.
