Demand for mobile developers?

I looked at the headhunter for vacancies for winphone developers. Something not thick at all. What is it connected with? The platform has already been launched in Russia, in the world it has been like that for a long time. Is everyone sitting waiting for what will happen next and not risking doing projects for a new OS? Or am I looking in the wrong place?
And taking this opportunity, I would like to ask what are the prospects for the labor market, is it worth waiting for an influx of more programmers and equalization of salaries?

Not all, but most. Some take risks and develop applications.
The most controversial aspect of Windows Phone is the Metro design. In general, it is quite practical, but not glamorous (not web 2-zero, let's say so). If MS can convince the consumer that it's cool (modern, etc.), then the platform will succeed. Because the majority (80%) of people think with other people's thoughts - this alignment is quite possible.

With this question to bookmakers. No one will answer it for sure.
IMHO, the success of Windows Phone is quite likely. Well, not Mango, so the next version will be slightly “cut” in terms of design and they will start hooking the client. The engine is unlikely to change, but the design is quite.
