There is a binary list of strings saved from a self-made report designer, which, in addition to text, also contains information on fonts and something else binary. It looks like this:

Starts with UTF8. Has anyone come across anything similar? How to recover information?

Is it possible to find a generator for such a response in Delphi? If not, then you have to guess the structure of records (record) and try to read until it matches.
At first glance, this is not a complex structure with a fixed line (lines).
But one way or another, it is better to find a generator of such a report.
