Delphi drag-and-drop file from application to shell?

If anyone had experience with your application to Drag-and-Drop (drag) the specified file to EXPLORER, please share the working source ..... preferably a version of Delphi not lower than XE.

I used "The Drag and Drop Component Suite for Delphi"

True, it's pre-D2010, but there are sources.
