Dell inspiron upgrade to kernel 4.4 possible?
I have a Dell Inspiron 11 3162 with Ubuntu 14.04.1 preinstalled, the latest kernel is 3.19.80. Tried to update to 14.04.5 last tried kernel 4.4 - black screen. Recovery is loaded, but noacpi nomodeset does not help - the system hangs up to CAD. Where to twist?
