How to monitor traffic in Ubuntu?

I can't find an answer to this question at all.
How to use the OS to see which IP addresses Ubuntu sends http / https requests, while the data is written to a file.
Roughly speaking:
1. 2016-07-13 14:13 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:80 /home/index
2. 2016-07-13 14:13 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:80 /home/index
2 2016-07-13 14:13 XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:80 /home/index
is interested in such data. Help me please.
