Delivery from the States to a work address
I want to order delivery from the States not to my home address, but to my work one.
I work in a regular company, for hire. Moscow. I don’t want to order home, because I'm renting an apartment and I don't want to deal with local mail.
Has anyone done this? Tell about possible rake.

Order a courier service for a private person and the courier will simply come to your work. I've done this many times, it's always been fine.
The main task: to ensure the "safe penetration" of the courier to your office through the guard at the entrance;)
If UPS, TNT or other courier delivery service delivers, they call back and ask when and where to deliver the package. I ordered to my home address, but they delivered during business hours, and I asked for delivery to my work over the phone. Never had a problem with this.
I ordered to a business address for a private person many times - both by courier and regular mail. There were no problems with regular mail, with courier - I had to fill out 3-4 statements that this was a private package, and the company had nothing to do with it.
There is no difficulty in delivering goods to a business address using UPS and TNT methods. Both courier services send goods to individuals if the goods are ordered through an online store such as ebay, asos, etc. If a third party, for example, your acquaintance in the USA, is sending the goods, then here, upon receipt of the goods at your work address, you will be given the parcel according to your passport without any problems (in rare, rare cases, they may ask for a power of attorney).
With an independent collection of a parcel from the point of issue of one of these services, you cannot do without a power of attorney.
