Mail Forwarding from USA to USA via Tax Free State?
Good afternoon.
I live in California.
When he lived in Russia, he used mail-forwarding companies, such as Shipito, with a warehouse in a tax-free state.
So I’m thinking of buying an iPhone for my wife for the new year and the question has arisen: Is there a similar service, only with shipment across the USA? I don't want to pay extra 8-plus percent.
All services listed here Mail Forwarding service with a warehouse in tax-free states in the United States do not send, they only accept and send outside the states.
Googling didn't help. I just found out that Apple often does not send to the addresses of forwarding companies (the sizzle definitely disappears with its address in Oregon - they don’t send, there are confirmations).
Maybe someone asked a similar question? I'll be grateful for the tip.

They don't ship to UPS mailbox either? They have a mail-forwarding service, but not the main one, so you can try.
True, you may need to go to Oregon, I don’t think they will open it remotely.
This is illegal

More precisely, the transfer itself is legal, but meaningless, because. tax still has to be paid.
