Deleting temporary files on hosting?

If you delete all temporary files, will it not affect the operation of the site in any way?
I want to delete all folders called tmp, I already deleted one folder called bin-tmp. So far the site is working fine.

There are two folders left on the screenshot below: these are mod-tmp and aps_tmp, I marked them in red. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀
Is it possible to delete these two folders without terrible consequences for the site?

Strongly do not swear, this is my first time managing a hosting.
