Defense against the mass "left" cell phone calls?

The problem is this: a call is made to my mobile with an interval of about one minute. That is, they call from unknown numbers and are silent on the phone. At first, the problem was solved by blacklisting the numbers from the operator (Megafon), but now the calls have continued from the anonymous number and the megafnon cannot do anything. How can you get rid of unwanted calls?
If anything, I have an iPhone. Maybe some software...

Write a paper application to the operator. The operator will tell you who it was. Anonymity is bullshit.

Jailed devices only, for obvious reasons.

Write an official appeal to the operator. mitnlag correctly noticed that the operator has information about the network from which the call came. If the operator receives a lot of such spam calls from a certain network, then the corresponding department of the operator begins to deal with such issues.

Change the number and that's it, and send the new number to the right people.
IMHO, I see no other way out, given the huge possibilities of "anonymous" to call from a cloud of numbers :)

it was necessary not to initially blacklist the number, but to track who it was ... by the way, you can give the operator the idea of introducing a service to block all incoming from "anonymous" numbers ...
