Deep scanning software for malware?

Antivirus

Although I use an antivirus, it sometimes does not work, and sometimes the host file, or some other files get infected. Usually, I do a deep scan with AVZ. I want to know your advice, maybe there are others more reliable, who are better looking and more likely to "treat"?
