Decided to switch from php to java. What knowledge is needed to find a job?

Recently passed on the certificate of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer. Now I started to learn spring. What else do you need to learn in order to find a job? And, probably, I need to prepare at the first stage for lowering the current salary?

What prevents you from looking at job requirements and going to social services? Because to say something like that is like guessing.
