Debt in adwords - what to do?

Attached my card. Account has been blocked. Then I sent them documents (a scan of the passport, but the number was photoshopped because it’s not fig)
As a result, I drove the account into debt - $ 1000
, what can they do to me if I don’t pay and forget it all?
I didn't sign anything with them. no papers.
