Debiting funds in Yandex.Market is 10 times more than the real one - is this normal?

Today I noticed that the funds for the current day in YandexMarket are written off 10 times more than they should have been. That is, in the yml file, CPCs are set at an average of 4.5 rubles, and charged at 45 rubles per click.
Has this happened before with Yandex? Do they do it themselves or do you need to contact them?

At 20:15 I noticed a recalculation - now it is overestimated by 3 times, instead of 10. It looks like there was some kind of failure.

At 0:40, the flow situation returned to normal. Yandex counted everything.
