Debian wheezy, the kworker process is heavily loading the kernel. How to treat?

Good morning, habrazhiteli!
Google suggested that this is a kernel process associated with interrupts.
The problem manifests itself when copying files.
There are many hints, but none worked.
Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Try rebuilding the kernel using the sources from kernel.org. This is the fastest way to solve the problem if you don't want to bother with using the kernel profiler and other mind-blowing nuclear stuff.

Change the scheduler from cfq to noop and you will be happy!
