Debian unexpected reboot while running - How to fix?

While running on Debian, an unexpected reboot of the PC occurs, without any errors, etc. etc. I ran it in recovery mode, anyway, the computer is also rebooted there (without declaring war). And the same thing happens during the boot of the Ubuntu installer. Please tell me, at least in which direction to dig.

Dig towards the iron. You most likely have something that is heated and the overheating protection is triggered.

Is there acceleration on the machine? If yes, return to standard values and try again.
