Debian + lsyncd + csync2 periodically loses file permissions after synchronization, how to win?

Hello!
The crux of the matter is that there are two servers on which the same web project is running, balancing is configured through nginx. For the relevance of the scripts, lsyncd + csync2 is used, everything is synchronized normally, but from time to time there is a problem, when uploading the file of the updated file and further synchronizing it, the rights of the file are reset to root. It seems that the rights are lost if the file is requested at the time of synchronization, but this is only an assumption. And so basically csync2 transfers rights correctly.
I would like to know who faced? It's just not clear why this is happening.
