Option 1: Grub doesn't show the menu on boot as this option has been disabled. You can enable it like this:

  1. Install Grub Customizer:sudo apt install grub-customizer
  2. Run it as root:sudo grub-customizer
  3. In the window that opens, go to the "General settings" tab.
  4. Enable the "show menu" and "look for other operation systems" checkboxes.
  5. Set "Boot default entry after" to 5 seconds or more.
  6. Don't forget to save the configuration.

Option 2: When you installed Debian, you happened to format the entire drive. Now Debian is the only OS in principle.
To verify this, check the existence of partitions in NTFS. Team: sudo fdisk -l | grep NTFS.
