I came across an article about UpWork , should a simple freelancer worry about this?

Понаставили огромных комиссий, идиотских правил - и что после этого ожидали?
Я, после введения новой комиссионной системы, больше там не работаю.
От моей работы забирает апворк жирных 20% (редко заказчики обращаются ко мне во второй раз, а суммы заказов не часто превышают $500)
Потом они берут пару бачинских при выводе средств
Далее свой процент берет payoneer, куда мне монеты приходят
Потом еще альфабанк свою долю хапает
Смысл тогда вообще работать?
PS: по идее, я еще государству своему должен налог заплатить, но это по идее и не по моей.

A freelancer who can do his job with high quality and without missing deadlines should not worry at all. Because such an overwhelming minority and the demand for them is hoo. Now I have already ceased to be surprised, both at the layout with children's jambs, and at the frank shit that the customer receives from the next "top" craftsman. So far I work only on Russian freelance, but I think that this is a general rule: quality + deadlines + a little marketing = there will always be work. And the exchanges or their owners are transient.
