At the request of relatives, the OK.RU administration may delete such profiles upon receipt of a corresponding request.
To delete a profile, we need a link to the user's profile. The link to the profile should look like this: www.ok.ru/profile/1234567890
In some cases, in order to make sure that the user really died, the Support Service may request confirmation (a copy of the death certificate).
Please note that the Administration does not make any changes related to the content of the user's page (for example, indicate the date of death or place a photo in a mourning frame). Also, personal information about such profiles (including login, password, correspondence, etc.) is not provided.
Unfortunately, it is currently not technically possible to distinguish between active user profiles and deceased users, so profiles may be available in the Holidays and You May Be Known sections. For the same reason, a birthday present from OK.RU is attached. From the Access Problems section
