Deaf box sound in the column (homemade) what could be the reason?
The problem is the following, I collected a box for muses. speakers why sound like out of the box? I noticed that in small PC speakers, next to them there is a small hole under the speakers) mb if you do something like this, would it solve the problem? the column learned a little, just not for the speakers that are there. (which is of course bad, but if you remove the top cover of the box, then there is no such problem) I'm not an expert, it's immediately clear)))

Give your box to the cat.
And for the column, make a column !
If you are too lazy to calculate, then make it at least similar in size.
You definitely haven’t read anything like this before: https://baseacoustica.ru/raschet/17-raschet-korpus... - that thing is called a phase inverter.
And so everyone did the box correctly, the sound is the same.
read about acoustic impedance. the ideal speaker is a speaker in a hole in an endless wall, then, except for volume, the sound depends only on the speaker.
for implementation in reality, under the parameters of the speaker, a box is designed with the required equivalent volume, wall upholstery, labyrinths and phase inverters, also with an estimated diameter and length.
Be sure to cover the walls with cotton wool, this is a reflection from them.
