Database with interface and REST API what are the options?

Task: we need a database with a ready-made interface for creating/editing records and the ability to get data via API.
The goal is that the same data will be needed on several sites, I would like to keep everything in one database and pull the necessary data from there using the API.

To answer my own question, WordPress now has a REST API. You can create separate types of posts and the necessary fields for them, edit them in the WP admin panel and then take the necessary data via the API.
