How to get channel messages in telegram?

Is it possible to get a list of messages? There are many of them, they appear often, but I am only interested in certain words.
Is there a way to get channel data without using a bot? Hardly anyone will allow someone else's bot to run into the channel.
If there is a way, how to make it easier?
