Database with Excel capabilities?

There is a large amount of information in Excel that takes a very long time to open and often freezes. There are a lot of different formulas and functions written in VBA in the Excel file.
It was decided to move the whole thing to the database.
How can this be implemented so that there is a filter, the ability to make changes to already entered data, as well as the ability to create new records, and a more or less usable look, and when new data is entered, formulas are executed.
