Database integration from 1C to wordpress?

Auto parts (new, used) are in 1C, how can you integrate this entire list into the site? So that in the future, when added to 1C, it will be added to the site. Presumably the site will stand on the wordpress engine. Although perhaps self-written.

Do you want to implement an online store? If so, then you need to dig in this direction.
If you just need to upload the catalog to the site, then from 1C you can read and write MySQL tables.
