Good afternoon! I'm interested in the name of the technology used to mark up dashboard elements in this style:

Namely, the entire workspace is divided into blocks of fixed width and height. Rectangular areas on which information is displayed have a height and width that is a multiple of these blocks, they are resized and dragged only over these blocks.
