Cygwin, rsync and network drive?

There is a need to synchronize a directory that is on the network (connected as a network drive on one of the machines), rsync from cygwin was taken as a solution, but there was a problem, rsync cannot read the remote directory (which is mounted as a network drive), the contents of the configuration file

use chroot = false
strict modes = false

[RemoteX]

    path = /cygdrive/x
    comment = remote disk X:
    read only = false

writes @ERROR: chdir failed, googled, this problem occurs when you try to access a network drive.
What was tested:
rsync from cygwin - the problem is present
DeltaCopy (GUI over the same rsync) - the problem is present
QtdSync (GUI over rsync) - works (that is, it is still possible to work with network drives)
What I would like:
work with rsync from cygwin , no GUI
Perhaps someone has encountered such a problem or has thoughts about it.
