Customs clearance of a set of radio components
I ordered a set of radio components on ebay. 30 denominations of 50 capacitors each, 40 denominations of 50 resistors each ... well, you probably know how breaking it is to run to the store for a couple of regular sums, so I was going to solve the issue once and for all, especially since they cost like dirt - 500 rubles for everything.
A parcel arrived, I went to receive it ... and then they give me not a parcel, but a customs notification. Okay, I'm going to customs.
The customs officer reads the names: Carbon Film Resistor Assortment Kit, 40 bags of 50 pieces ... Ceramic Capacitor Assortment Kit, 30 bags of 50 pieces and gives out - well, there are several thousand pieces right there, this is a trading lot.
I'm trying to explain - these are consumables for amateur radio, yes, you need a lot of them, there can easily be several dozen of both in the circuit, they burn and deteriorate, there are so many of them because they are "kit", sets, from different denominations, do not advance you know what you need - in general, I appeal to the voice of reason. I show a small home-made device - here, a scarf 2x3 cm, and there are already a dozen components on it, but what if the device is larger?
The customs officer listens to all this, wonders what the words “value” and “om” mean, after which he says - well, anyway, thousands are a lot and no one needs so much, this is a trading party. He consults with the chief, the chief pokes “trading party” into the stamp and says - in Moscow they said the party means the party, and our business is small. (I am far from Moscow) I'm interested - and if a pound of nails / beads comes, will you also consider it a batch? Yep, they answer.
Okay, I say, and what's next? Next, you need to declare. To the question - what is needed for this? — they send me to the broker. The broker declares that trade parties are not issued to individuals, it is necessary to register an individual entrepreneur. Then declare the contents, pay duties and the devil knows what else.
If someone ran into something like this - tell me what to do?
Do I need to register an IP? One state duty for registration will cost me more than that parcel.
There are several acquaintances of individual entrepreneurs - will they give a ride to issue a power of attorney for them to receive? :)
What time can the customs clearance be approximately? judging by the list of goods, the duty will be about 10% - as for me, let them choke on these 50 rubles, but something tells me that the matter will not be limited to this.
Is it worth doing this at all, or is it better to refuse to receive it, let them send it back?
(and I'm waiting for another package, with another 5000+2000 SMD parts...)

complain to the regulatory authority that you cannot receive a parcel worth 500 rubles, they require you to register as an individual entrepreneur.
Buy in a Russian store. Or through an intermediary. Apparently, this batch is lost, since the broker will cost more than your package.
Hehe. Somehow, some components came to us and I don’t know for what reason, instead of immediately going to a familiar broker, they tried to clear them manually - probably about a month the quest lasted (it’s scary how many man-hours it took to count). And everything was done within the framework of the law by the customs officers. Then you turn to the office of customs brokers (coincidentally, the manager is a friend / matchmaker / brother of the chief customs officer) and for a modest amount of several tickets to Yaroslavl, everything instantly passes through customs. In general, the most honest way here is in the face and quickly out the window ...
Well, for 50 rubles no one will talk to you there, you yourself understand - except perhaps through an acquaintance ...
