Custom input type file?

It was necessary to make an unusual input with the file type and at the same time a visible file upload, something like this (attached below), has anyone met plugins for this? Or how is it actually implemented? Unexpectedly for myself introduced this question into a stupor)

If you need exactly , you can make it transparent (opacity:0) and place it on top of your custom control, then you will get native html input in your design.
